It’s becoming obvious now.
Why is Trump breaking away from Western countries by finding
disagreements with long-held ideals in common? With his admiration for
authoritarian governments, i.e. China, North Korea, and Russia, and their
leaders? He seems to be bending over backwards to help Putin in his mission to
take Ukraine's land.
He wants total control. He likes the control that the
authoritarian government leaders have. More and more, he is slowly aligning
with them, right under our noses. And the great majority doesn’t even see it.
(I doubt he will be successful, however)
